STRICT QUALITY MONITORING
Through out the complete production process quality inspections are carried out to ensure the highest reliability of finish product. At the end of the cycle every single element is subjected to dimensional, metallurgic and structural analysis to verify the correspondence to initial standards.
The characteristics of this production cycle allow the designer to carry out complex geometrical shapes not feasible trough classic machining. Further more they allow to choose any kind of Steel Alloy.
An accurate design is at base of a castings of good quality, taking in account of dimensional tolerances, angular and planarity imposed from the production process. For this purpose our technicians are at your disposal to determinate the geometry of your product and to help you on the best material choose to better solve your problem.
